Hosting and server logfiles

This website is hosted on servers in the EU. When called up, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page called up, browser type) are processed in server logfiles (Art. 6 para 1 lit. f GDPR — legitimate interest in secure, stable operation). The transmission is TLS-encrypted.

Online booking and service widgets

For booking, roll ordering, rental and the guest account, services of our booking system (JUHUU PMS) are integrated as iFrame. The booking system processes the data entered by you (e.g. name, contact data, period of stay, payment data) for the fulfillment of the contract (Art. 6 para 1 lit. b GDPR). When the widgets are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to the booking system.

Contact Form & Email

If you contact us via the form or by e-mail, we will process your information for processing the request (Art. 6 para 1 lit. b GDPR). The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for processing and there are no legal storage obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). In addition, there is a right of complaint to a data protection supervisory authority. Just contact the responsible body mentioned above.
